1. Vision, mission, and objectives: What is the vision and
mission of our teaching programs? Can we achieve the mission of reform of
thought, knowledge, and education by employing teaching programs? How can the
teaching programs transfer our vision, mission, and research output to the next
generation?
2. The programs: What levels shall our
programs be: certificate, diploma, bachelors, masters, and doctorate? What
academic disciplines shall we cover? Should we offer multi-disciplinary
programs? Shall our programs be free standing and independent or shall we
collaborate with other credible institutions such as universities? How can we
integrate research into the teaching programs? Where and how shall we get
accreditation? How can we evaluate our programs
3. Students: How shall we advertise
our programs and select students? How shall we determine the tuition fees? What
shall be our scholarship policies?
4. Teachers: What teaching resources
shall be available to us? How will teachers be selected and evaluated?
5. Methods of teaching: shall our programs be
research-based, course-based, or both research and courses? Shall we teach
online or in-class? What teaching and assessment methods shall we use?
